Really dark, wet but warm night. Took my time on this route as it is pavement and I don't want to bugger my knees - I hate running in the dark these days but left it too late today as had some business on the phone. Felt better and better as the run progressed and got faster as I reached nearer 7K - might get out around the Heath tomorrow if the weather is any better. I hate the lack of light and need my ration of lumens which I missed today. Will really push for a midday run tomorrow around Hampstead Heath. Plan to get a good 30K+ under my belt this week.
