Very leisurely jog round Highgate woods at the end of the day - starting out at 3.30 and jogging into twilight. It's still so warm. I seemed to put so little effort into the jog this afternoon but still managed quite a decent time around. Unlike Sunday when I was shattered after 4K today was fine - perhaps it hs to do with the fact that I have upped my food intake recently because of the shortening days. But I intend to up the training next week with the food intake - I should still be losing a couple of pounds a week - I fully intend to lose about another 10 llbs by Xmas in this way although with the short days it is getting harder and harder. I have started taking kelp and multivitamins too as I feel I might be lacking in iodine as I'm on virtually a vegan diet.
