So halfway through the 100 days. This week I've been so busy with work I neglected to get out even for an hour's run. I managed a quick 4K today just before sunset in the woods - obviously the lack of light/ heat is a big disincentive to get out there but I'm going to make the effort to run a least 4 days out of the 7 next week what ever the weather / light/ temp conditions. The countdown to christmas means lack of light is making me eat that bit more - so I'll have to curb that as well. No weight loss this week for obvious reasons. I'll be making more of an effort next week but I'll be away from home for 3 days so it'll be difficult to focus on training then. But all in all I'm fitter and healthier than I was 50 days ago and the countdown to christmas means I have 2 further weight targets to meet - it's going to be harder with shorter days but I'll just have to make that much more of an effort to get there and run in the dark if needs be.
