Haven't been out in 7 days but managed the whole way around the heath in 1 hr 15 mins which is not bad for 10K for me. The hill up to Kenwood on the last part of the Heath almost killed me though - it took me 4 mins of very light jogging after that to get my breath back and heartrate down - good stuff - means I am working for it now. I need to do at least 3 of these a week - I'm being a wuss not going out in the rain but on the other hand I don't want to catch a cold on so light a diet. That hurt but I feel great after it.
