Beautiful last day of October - I got my fair share of lumens - not one sign of SAD this year because I have been out in the light for over an hour each day.
Well I am over a third of a way into the 100 days project and I'm pretty happy with progress so far. My knee's much better and so I'm out around the Heath again this weekend.
My weight's stabilized at a lower level and I should be on course for the next weight waymarker by end November easily. So far I have lost nearly 2 stone in 35 days and dropping - I have had a couple of binges - but on the whole I think I've trained my stomach and appetite to one meal a day. I know that I tend to stop at my present weight and it takes a fair bit of discipline to pass under that - in fact in two years now I have had difficulty getting under this waymarker but I'm really determined this time. The key is to keep up the exercise and strict diet - and I am pretty much there at the moment on the cusp - so the next two weeks will be an interesting time.
I haven't been able to jog because of the knee for most of this week but I'm pretty elastic and so am back up and ready to go - in the meantime I've been upping the pushups and weights and my back is holding up too ;).
So going into the second third of the project in a very positive mindset - I just need to push that little bit harder for this bit. Her's hoping....
But I ran out of energy 8K into the run because I guess I haven't eaten anything today so was running on empty - learned my lesson...
